Skills and Expertise

I specialize in front-end and back-end development, utilizing technologies to build responsive and user-friendly websites. My proficiencies include frameworks such as Laravel, Drupal, Wordpress and Astro.js.

One thing about me is that I love to stay busy, and my degree in Interactive Systems Design has allowed me to do just that! Accessibility, user experience, and information architecture are always considerations in my work.

Innovation and Problem-Solving

Breaking down complex problems into approachable tasks is something I find invigorating and I love that this is an inherent part of my career! I break down problems by studying acceptance criteria, asking questions, and understanding the end user as much as possible.

Collaboration and Communication

I flourish in collaborative environments and have an aptitude for both playing to the strengths of my teammates and learning from them. I have a deep appreciation for effective communication, and this pervades how I interact with people, design interfaces, and write code.

Hobbies and Interests

In my spare time I enjoy writing poetry and reading, both which enhance my communicative abilities and bring me a lot of joy!

Photography and music are two of my artistic endeavours. Specifically, I enjoy film photography as I have a love for all things vintage. Check out some of my photos below! For music I enjoy singing, playing guitar, and recording. Here is one of my songs, Kitten. I hope you like it!
